• Social-environmental Analysis of Projects

The specialist team of the Sustentabilitas Division thoroughly analyses the social and environmental risks inherent in the enterprise, suggesting solutions with the approach of the best practices in the world (for instance, the IFC policies). The Sustentabilitas Division may work directly in the organizations or as support to Financial Institutions, according to the Policies of the Equator Principles.

• Advisory services on CDM – Clean Development Mechanism, in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol

The specialist team of the Sustentabilitas Division offers specific solutions to clients that wish to carry out projects in accordance with CDM. The services include a wide range of the consulting business, from preliminary analysis of project eligibility to final registration at UNO – UNFCCC, PDD (Project Design Document), and validation and registration at the Designated National Authority. • Advisory Services on Negotiating Carbon Credits

The specialist team of the Sustentabilitas Division employs its entire knowledge of the global market, as well as its competence in the financial market, to help its clients negotiate their carbon credits. Because it is a completely independent consulting firm, that is, it has no formal ties with funds or buyer organizations, the Sustentabilitas Division can ensure that its clients are offered competitive prices by buyers that are carefully selected and, therefore, reliable.

• Adjustment to BOVESPA (ISE) and DOW JONES (DJSI) sustainability standards

Sustainable companies are also regarded as more valuable by stakeholders and the market. Consequently, investment funds proliferate in companies with sustainable management. On a global scale, the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) represents the best practices. In the Brazilian market, BOVESPA launched the Corporate Sustainability Index (ISE) at the end of 2005. • Conception of Social-environmental Responsibility projects
