The consultant’s task is extremely challenging and demanding. Instituto Totum counts on a team of highly competent professionals with national and international experience in the development of sector standards, certification plans, CDM projects, Social-environmental Responsibility, Quality and Environmental Programs, audit, and corporate advisory services. Our consultants are responsible for the personal and continuous assistance to clients, who can rely on their exceptional competence from beginning to end of each project.

- Fernando Giachini Lopes
- Graduated in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Universidade de São Paulo (USP) – 1991;
- Master’s degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP – 1997;
- Specialization Course in Quality in the USA (University of Tennessee) - 1993;
- Experience in conducting Business Management Programs of Large Corporations and Associations;
- Experience in conducting ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000 Certification Programs in more than 100 different organizations;
- Experience in developing sector standards and rules, such as Transqualit, ABIHPEC, ABIC, IRIB, ANOREG, SINDICAFESP, and ANATEC;
- Lead Assessor since 1992, certified by IRCA – England and by certifying Entities;
- Professor of the Specialization Course in Quality and Productivity at Fundação Vanzolini – USP, since 1994;
- Ricardo Valente da Silva
- Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá;
- Analyst of Quality and Productivity from the companies Sachs Automotive and Cofap
- Lead Assessor Course in QS 9000 at AIAG - Automotive Industry Action Group

- Lead Assessor since 1993, certified by RAC and by certifying Entities
