Conception and development of the Brazilian Self-regulation Program of the Client and Consumer Service Sector (PROBARE), validated by more than 400 organizations in the sector, some of which are service rendering companies, suppliers, and clients of call center outsourcers.
This Program comprises 4 components: Code of Ethics, Seal of Ethics, Customer Complaint Center, and Management Maturity Standard.
